I don't even know how to classify this one. He is parked beyond the fire lane on the sidewalk at the High Point Lowes. Oh, it gets better. He also was sporting a handicap parking tag. It must belong to his wife because he was moving faster and more nimble than me!(Confession: I’m not too nimble)
